Does anyone happen to know if it is a FUZ event or a WAV event, that plays the explosion at the end of the shout?
I love the speaking part, dislike the explosion part, and all I want to do is add a silent sound event to the explosion part of all shouts.
If someone could direct me to the location of the explosion file, be it FUZ or WAV, I would be grateful.
NOTE: I found that they are WAV events, will update more soon. If the mod author would ALSO like to silence the explosion part(s), please stay tuned my friend, I will give you some file locations soon!
File location inside of Sounds BSA:
\sound\fx\voc\shout\fx - the primary location for all Shouts' tailing-end sound events
Time for me to get to work and change all of these to silent sound events.

NOTE: Just tested the Shouts and the above link to the set of WAVs you need to adjust to make silent, are correct. :) If the mod author is inclined to 100% silence the Shouts, this is the last bit for him to convert.
I Couldn't get it to work on S.E . Might be mod conflict I'm using pc head tracking. I Drag and dropped into vortex drop files area. I'm guessing that's how I put oldrim mods into S.E .
Awesome mod, Torcher! Thank you for this, as i find it very necessary. I downloaded this mod as well as Silenced Player Combat and Softer Conjuration Sound. I would highly recommend this. Thanks again for the mod; you have been endorsed
thats a steam workshop mod, also i dont think people like the fact that you included your own files into an overhaul that has very little to do with shouting, i suggest you remove those and keep the edits.
