I found it very good, however I believe it is some of the thematic companions. If the house subistituice the herbinger's quarters in Jorvaskar would be perfect.
Haven't installed yet but looks so perfect for my character..... I have to wonder why only 4 endorsements? Is there something amiss or are most home shoppers just looking for fancier digs?

1. Auto sort - do you have to put each item individually into the sorter? Am I missing something?
2. When going from the crafting room to the main room the lighting dims. Is this intentional?

I tried out various house mods that have thousands of endorsements and do not understand why only a few endorsements....
One question re: the auto sorting - you have to manually put items in it for it to auto sort?
Only thing I prefer is a small fireplace instead of that giant pit in the middle but that is just opinion...
