Your mod is a true hidden gem here on the Nexus, and it has earned its space in my permanent load order many times over. Logical layout, not too large, yet well-apportioned and opulent in its own way. It can indeed get a bit cramped with followers, but...why would anyone want to bring the wife/kiddies/Ysgramor's 500 companions to such a remote spot? While we're on the subject, the location is so beautifully out-of-the-way that it truly has the feel of somewhere only the player knows about (perfect for grouchy mountain hermits like my character). +1000 internets, endorsed, recommended to friends.

Climb the mountain to the steep steps here and the house. Nice house in the style of the ancient dungeons, a bit lacking but my light will shine all the magic. There is everything for alchemy, enchantment and Forge. Most things just scenery, but would like to have all been used, short of a huge trunk that all add up. It is a pity that the binoculars just so worth it.
First off let me say that I really like the location although it's a bit of a hike to get up there. The house is nicely laid out for what you're going for, but it's definitely tight quarters for people that use followers. It's probably best suited for solo adventurers. The lighting is better than the initial impression from the images posted. I tweaked the template a bit to suit my taste but it certainly works just fine as is.
There's a little problem at the stairs to the library area with collision and I had to get to the far right side going down to get past it. I also made a quick pass with TES5Edit and found a few ITMs.

I posted a small update which fixed a couple issues I had noticed and bumped the lighting up. My intent was to play with the contrast and it came out wonky. let me know how it looks to you now.
I really like the house tho as mentioned it needs some improvements in lightning or so. I really like the style you have and I have seen enough houses and this is one outstanding. Great work I hope you continue your awsome work. I will look into it and maybe fix some issues I found and lightning and than it get's added to my prviate collection ^^. I really really like house mods ^^.
No offense and I imagine it's a nice place, but it's really hard to tell because it's so dark that I can't make any of it out. The library for example is dark enough that you'd have to hold a torch in one hand while reading. Is that intentional? If it is then I'm curious to know why anyone would want to live in a house that's darker than an unlit tomb.
