I've literally tried everything on this page in order to restore my armor values to what they previously were. When i reinstalled these ReProccer patches I overwrote the stats.xml file and then ran the reproccer to try and restore my armor ratings, but no luck. My total armor rating used to be at around 520 but everytime i reload Skyrim it says my armor rating is at 279. It seems to only affect the armor I'm wearing (Dwarven Mage from IA7) but that could be just my perspective.
Make sure you delete your old Reproccer.esp before you rerun Reproccer.jar as it will lead to consistency issues (the jar attempts to keep existing data in the esp the same & only add new information unless the esp is not there then it runs a full patch).
