I believe it should work without any problems, because all it does is replace the diffuse textures of the glass armor.
However, the SE textures are twice the size, so these may look blurrier in the game. They are also uncompressed and don't have mipmaps, and I don't know if this can cause any problems in the SE (I know that uncompressed normal maps do, but there aren't any in this mod).
There is a newer version with higher resolution textures available here: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/15300/?
But it includes meshes (because it uses a different file path for the textures), so it may not work with the SE. I have no experience with porting meshes to the SE, so I cannot provide any help in this matter.
This looks great, I'm definitely endorsing. I understand this wouldn't be true to the Morrowind theme of the mod, but how about a version that keeps the gold color of the metal?
If you have the textures that would be good enough for me^^. I have recently uploaded some ingame screenshots of my glass mage armor so I would like to begin tweaking my textures after having your higher resolution ones to base those changes off of.
