   I copied the esp file to Data, and it shows up checked in the Data Files game menu, but nothing changed. I still only have 325 carry weight with 150 Stamina like before installing the mod.
   Did I install it correctly?

      Sorry, I should have specified in the description that this doesn't work retroactively. You should be able to use the console command "player.modav carryweight X" where X is the amount of carry weight you want to add. In your case you would want to add 125.
