just to ask, do you intend on making a full armor and weapon set in the future to match the theme of the arrows and shield? because, i could see that happening, and given how hard it is to make the arrows, i could imagine the armor and weapons would be harder to make then the standard dragon bone sets, but also stronger. - which would finally make using a dragon bone set worth while normally i notice that dragon bone armor sets and weapons to have about same stats if not slightly lower then daedric sets, while being heavier. and no one likes to be over encumbered for nothing's sake >.>
So it be cool to see this get an update to make it worth while to use anything that requires the dragon perk in the smithing tree finally' -- as the arrows and the shield are a great start!

But yes, Armor (Light - Heavy) - Weapons and such are going to be updated / made. But understand I'll be using existing models from the game as creating new Models and such are not quite my thing, yet .... but it could happen ... just not "now".

I do know - it works just fine w/no errors or problems at all .... (at least none have been reported) and I'm sure I would hear if there were.
Thanks again - some of those are because of "hidden perk" - w/the arrow as the only way to get them to accomplish one of the 'powers' I wanted was "critical hit 100% of the time" ....
Okay - I just went through this and talked w/a friend that is good with TESVEdit and he went - "Jj, I'm not sure what is going on. Your mod uses and applies the COBJ's listed: I use the Alchemy (Heartscale Ash) - I use AMMO - the arrows - I use ARMOR - The shield and ring - I use INGR - to create potions and poisons - I use them all and yes there is a PERK used to create arrow Critical Hit.
So as to why these are "ERRORS" is beyond me -=> I use them and they are apart of the mod.
Just an update - I am still trying to figure out how TESVedit works, to clean these. I re-looked and apparently it 'might' be indeed an error, but than again - as stated, some of these things might screw up the mod if removed. So going to proceed and see what happens.
Plus it's not like the mod does not work - it does and it works just like it is suppose to. So that is good.
I was waiting for my new computer - as Creation Kit was just 'too much' for my old computer and I was pulling out hair that I don't have to pull out.
I'm going to get back on it .. hopefully starting this next week, as I have my new computer just about up to speed with my software installs and such.
I plan:
Heavy Shield Armor - Light - Heavy - Mage Sword - 1 & 2 Handed Bow - to go with the arrows A possible few more potions
They will all be vanilla, for the simple reason - I have no clue how to make these things items, as I have no clue how to make custom anything from scratch, well except my "World Famous Waffles" from scratch ... but don't think that would work here.
This is Trigger, I used your mod with steam workshop, and now I have the nexus version and everything is working fine, except I had to cheat to get Kahvoein's Fang through conole commands = Playr.additem 000d0758 1 and it does work on the Dragons, it adds one heartscale to your inventory. AWESOME MOD, keep up the great modding, you are an asset to this game.
This sounds great, was wondering what I was going to do with heart scales! I'd love to download this right away but nexus is down. If I might suggest (haven't seen them yet) it would be excellent if the arrows "Glow" so one can find them should you not hit your intended victim! One wouldn't want to lose one as they cost a lot to make! Obviously you cant buy them any were! Hope nexus come back on line quickly so I can start getting some use from some more powerful arrows. By the way, I wonder if you could make the arrows "enchant able"? I don't know if its possible but I've not seen it from any mod. Thanks for think of this, it should prove to be a great mod!
On my "TO DO" is exactly that - Make a customized Arrow, but to be honest, that is down the road just a tad, as this is my first mod and I'm in the learning phase of it right now. But with the Fire & Frost Salts and Daedra Heart -> YES <- Glow was the idea.
Oh Ok, jut thought to make them more potent through enchanting. The arrows are really great, kill like the wrath of Talos! excellent job just did "updated" to 1.2 love the mod, Thanks again!
IF there are some specialty arrows you would like to see, let me know - I can add them to the collection of Dragon Heartscale Arrows. I would simply have to change the ingredients required to make it happen ... but I would like to keep them Lore Friendly, as is possible and balanced.
But give me some ideas and I'll see what I can come up with!
The arrows sound very well thought out and balanced, especially since they need both a Heartscale and a Daedra Heart. Folks will definitely not want to miss with these beauties!

1. You MUST have Kahvozein's Fang, to harvest the Dragon Heartscales.
2. You MUST have Dragon Smithing Perk active.

I can do this, especially since it's rather important part of this mod.
But as with the rest - it would not be "cheap" or "easy" --- > as you have to fight a Dragon Priest to get it normally.

1. I am challenged to learn Creation Kit (CK) ...
2. I was annoyed that I had this collection of Dragon Heartscales and they were basically USELESS!
So it was a good first focal point to learn CK. Make the Dragon Heartscales USEFUL!

Added Ring of Protection and Shield of Protection. Both require Dragon Armor Smithing Perk.
