First, download and install OBIS version 1.503A, then merge the "Data" folder contained within the "Main" folder,
with your "Data" foldermaking sure to say yes if it asks to overright.
Then, if you use Dragonborn repeat the process with the "Data" folder inside the "DragonBorn" folder.
