does anyone know how to uninstall this mod? i have nothing against the mod, but im using summer skyrim and now im finding snow in areas such as winterhold which are now grass lands.
Depends on how you installed it but texture files should be safe to install/uninstall -If you used nexus manager, double click the mod to enables/disables it -If you used mod manager, uncheck the box near its name -if you installed it manually (not the best of ideas), the simple method to uninstall it would be to re'install it<override all<right click<undo copy this should delete all the files you just installed.
Just drop the "texture" folder contained within the compressed download folder into your "data" ... Skyrim/Data ... directory. Depending on any currently installed vanilla texture replacing mods you may have installed, this install may prompt you to either ignore or override certain files.
It should behave the same for every version. It is a simple (albeit useful) texture replacer pack for Skyrim. No script modifications that could cause issues with your version number or anything like that
