I was testing mods for a new setup and don't recall the city, but it is in Whiterun Hold. At least one building you can see through sections. Not sure if that is a mesh issue or a texture issue. I don't normally post issues with mods, but I saw that someone else had the same kind of issues and no posts had been made here. It seems difficult for an author to fix his or her mod if they don't know there is an issue.
