It'd ruin my immersion, as he is the farthest thing from how I imagine the hero of Cyrodiil.

That's unfortunate to hear and sadly not everyone shares the same vision of the CoC which makes this mod not attractive to everyone

I don't give a s**t about lore friendly nor story line when playing skyrim. I just want my character to be the most powerful being in that universe and kick anyones' asses who cross his way. So this will just be another ass to kick, and that is good

Sooo... Shaegorath against the Dragonborn? Because the Champion of Cyrodiil took over as the Daedric Prince of Madness with the return of Jygilagg (Shivering Isles spoilers) you know right?

Alright, saw some other posts. He is the Daedric prince out for some fun. lol

We know that he became the prince of madness at the end of shivering isles however at the end he says your future (mortal, king or god) is not certain and heavily implies that you could in fact "grow to your station". The prevailing theory is that of course the CoC is Sheogorath in Skyrim however that isn't cannon. The only thing cannon is that the CoC completed the main questline. Personally my head cannon for this is that my pc in Oblivion became the CoC first, then the Divine Crusader, and obtained the mantle of Sheogorath. He lived as a mortal until his "natural death" and then his spirit or what was left of it, fully and completely mantled the Sheogorath we see in Skyrim. Since he is now a Daedric prince he can choose how he appears. I am still working on the story for why he appears as the CoC and the Divine Crusader in Skyrim (depending on which mod you choose) but so far I have that he is has returned via a distortion in time (sort of like Alduin) and that since Alduin's return is the doing of a time wound/dragon break, Tamriel's time was distorted once again bringing the CoC form of Sheogorath out (or at the very least his mind back). Hoping to one day implement something to explain that. If I do you'll be the first to know

Could you please add an option to make the Champion of Cyrodiil a companion instead of enemy?

unfortunately I lack the know how on how to do that currently. However when I get some free time I will see if I can learn how by tutorials and tinkering on the CK. I think you have a pretty good idea there and If I can I will implement it in a separate mod.

Just wondering. How can this be Lore-Friendly when Skyrim plays 200 Years after Oblivion (Unless your Champion was a long lifed elf).
Good Idea but I don't think the mod is so good, because everybody had his own "Hero of Kvatch" so nothing for me. But still a good idea!

Well I mean a daedric prince doesn't die. With that in mind, this would be the aspect of Sheogorath resembling the PC from oblivion in which I templated off of the character I had played with. I totally get if it's not your cup of tea since everybody has their own opinions but it could still be entirely possible for both PC to meet, especially since you've already met the PC from oblivion if you completed Sheogorath's Daedric quest

You ask me, you should've gotten rid of the mask. Make him more Hero-of-Kvatchy and less Average-Skyrim-Playery

Do you mean the mask as in the masque of Clavicus Vile or the Divine Crusader Helm? since there are 2 different versions

If you're still working on this mod, you could try talking to Dragonchris152 about using his "Imperial Dragon Armor" mod!

I was thinking of going that way but so far I like the Knights of the Nine armor he has currently. I could maybe use that or get another modder to help me build a shivering isles themed armor with shadowrend for the 1.3 version. Thanks for the tip!

I'd use this mod but it ruins my own lore. I pretend that my character is a descendent of all the hero's but they are cursed and once they die, no one remembers their name. With no name everyone doubts the tales and slowly the heroes are regarded as a myth. If you change it to were the hero is a ghost and challenges you to see if you are worthy of being a hero, and once you defeat them you get an item (like the Nameless sword), then I'd 100% endorse this mod.

That's an interesting take on it and once I've figured out exactly how to make all the questing and dialogue work well together and not mess up then I would love to undertake such a task!

mindwarper06 you said everything I think about. I want my oblivion character to continue into skyrim after hearing of it being hit hard from the oblivion crisis... that's where the "crossing the boarder illegaly" role comes in.

I've wished that for a long time too but the whole porting from game to game is unlikely because of the different systems they're made on. It would be cool but probably not very cost efficient and would involve a lot of hair pulling. If worse comes to worse you can always just use the creation kit to recreate your character as best as you can or just try to do it in game.

Considering the backgrounds potentially completed by each hero of the games, the only main character that could beat the Skyrim hero would be the Neravarine, and possibly the Arena champion...While the Oblivion hero could have become Sheogorath, the beings the Nereverine defeated were god's/ god level/aspects of gods/etc. and dozens of them (plus had the best spell selection and the ability to create some crazy spells...just saying lol, though I wouldn't factor that in because its the same world so we can assume at some point even the skyrim hero theoretically could do the same, or neither could ACTUALLY do it and it was just a game element for arena and morrowind (can't remember how daggerfell worked, just remember that hero is probably the weakest of all based on his storyline)) So really you should have the morrowind hero, because if the defeater of the eater of the worlds is going to have a competition, its the defeater of w/e the heck decides to be his enemy (save for story elements designed to remove an everlasting super hero from a world so that the dohvakin can have a story...ya know cause if morrowinds hero didn't disappear it's likely he would still be alive...and still getting more powerful theoretically....and he would have beat the godlike dragon either instead of or along side the dohvakin...

Ya know it would be cool if Bethesda mad another es, made it where the player would choose a save file from each game, load that character and had a role for them (predefined obviously)
the game could be some kind of time distortion/destruction game that would allow them all to meet... (then they should make the world of Arena again, because we need to travel the world again...and make spell systems like in arena and morrowind where you have variety and good spells again.

ack I did it again...I always talk too much...
    Always...

but seriously I like this idea, just think the neravine is more awesome of an enemy lol.

I have a mod for battling the nerevarine already and lore wise the CoC has defeated the first lich, the aspect of Jyggalag (most powerful daedric prince), and Umaril who is half elven and half daedra (after Meridia's pact). I decided to make him pre ascension/mantling because otherwise he would be unkillable. The nerevarine only killed gods who lost their immortality and divine powers. So post destruction of the heart of Lorkhan vivec, sotha sil, and almalexia hardly count as gods. I agree with you on what bethesda should do though. So if you want check out my other mod! Both are more or less my characters from the game name wise.
