Location: The hill right behind Gjukar's monument as in literally right behind it.
Sheogorath: Yes he is Sheogorath and that's why I gave him the Wabbajack, to hint at that. Also this is my Oblivion character so I wanted him to look the part and not just be fighting a vanilla Sheogorath.
Bendu Olo: I am aware that this is the default character template for the Oblivion character in the CK, however as stated before I was creating my Oblivion character.
