This mod is still with a bug, despite the entry in the description that arrows cannot be raised, in my assembly of mods, for some unknown reason, a substitution is being made for elven arrows that can be raised, and then the game crashes. Normally, I would use the mod only when needed and understand that fallen arrows are not allowed to be picked up, but there is a vanilla spell substitution, and the spell can be used by any NPC, generating a lot of fallen dangerous arrows, leading to a game crash. Not for advertising, but just if anyone really needs a mod that gives a shooting spell from hands, but is safer than in the current section, you can check the nexus link: nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/13803
I noticed that the damage (Godly arrows - Rapid) within "Slow time" isn't registering correctly (Acting as a VERY underpowered spell - like 2 damage a hit or so), is there any possible way of fixing this?
(As it has been my dream to encircle a foe [literally] in arrows, then resume time and watch it XD --- though most arrow mods I've come across are either A) not enough damage for my amusement, or B) cause some spectacular explosion that I can't watch due to crashing/freezing.)

just make it spread and less accurate than arrows so it won't be broken, but looks fancy
