Hi, um quick question. If you bring your spouse and kids here, do they use the Riften dialogue set? As in “brinyolf was nice to me” lines for kids. Just wondering because I’m having trouble finding the info anywhere.
Have used this awesome and perfectly placed (except fer the fishy smell) house mod for multiple playthrus. Love it to death. It unfortunately doesn't seem to be working this time around. I get a CTD when I even approach the area. I use LOOT, Wrye Bash, etc. to keep things straight but it keeps happening. I'm wondering if it's something to do with the unofficial patches or possibly Dawn of Skyrim's Riften. I'll keep fiddling to see if I can figure things out. This is by far my favorite house for this area. It's just outside Riften and close to the farm area. I'd miss the thing if it isn't there.
Never mind. Turned out it was a load order issue. Haaaa...now I can use it again.
Hello, Looks great. In fact all your house / cave mods loks great. I like buyable houses. If you have the time can you make them buyable? With all the realistic mods it is strange that beautifull houses (like this one) is complete free. Thanks
yup. making them free has no purpuse. Im currently downloading real estate mods like this one, but I want them to be buyable, so I make a reason for my character to spend all those septims,,otherwise theres no purpuse as its really easy to make money in this game
If it was buyable, I would have endorsed and downloaded
I've never downloaded houses before but this one looks beautiful. After installing it, how do I obtain it/get my spouse and children to move there? (Sorry for the noob question, I've just never had modded houses before)
I was wondering what would happen if you adopt the max number kids using Phoenix's mod. Would the 2 extra children sleep in 2/4 follower beds? Or do the follower beds need to be equipped with an HF chest first? If this is the case, then would it be possible for me to add the 2 extra chests to this mod using CK? I wouldn't upload it or anything. This would be for my personal use. My char has 6 kids and it's very difficult to find custom homes or vanilla made over homes which sleep 6 kids :/
Hey sorry I didn't answer sooner. Yes you could change the beds so that you can have 6 kids instead of 4 without any problems and adding 2 extra chests isn't a problem either. I probably should have done that in the first place.
I am working on one final house mod on an island that has beds for 9 companions and a spouse or if using the Hearthfire version it has beds for 6 children, 3 companions and a spouse. It also has stables, outdoor garden, 2 merchants etc etc.Once I finish it I will look at updating this mod for 6 children.
It is located on Lake Ilinalta not far from Half-Moon Mill or The Lady Stone so it is in Falkreath Hold. It has a dock leading up to it and a large boat with a merchant on it as well as another merchant that has setup camp on the island. I really like the area and how it is looking so far. It is getting close to completion....mostly navmeshing to do now and a lot of it so I might have it out by this weekend.
forgot to add: Is the toilet a working toilet which could be used with Private Needs mod? i.e. did you create it using Stroti's outdoor toilet resource here?
Yes it is a working toilet meaning you or companions etc can actually sit down on it like a chair or idle marker. I didn't use that resource mod you mentioned as I prefer my house mods to have a small file size with only one file to install for simplicity. I've seen the private needs mod before and it should work fine with this mod.
Lol yeah that might be a good idea. Well I just uploaded a Dragonborn Hearthfire version. If I move the Apiary into the greenhouse I will probably do one final update with all the versions.
I had no idea bees from the apiary would do that but I tested it and bees were flying around in the greenhouse. I haven't had much time to try out the DLC's yet but thanks for the tip.

To move your children and spouse you need Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29249) and to only move your spouse you need Spouses Can Live Everywhere (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/11370). Choose one or the other. Do not use them together.
