Let me pull open the CK and take a look, and see if we can solve this quickly. Do you have any other mods that affect smiting or the Nightingale armor, btw?

Not sure if there are more Mods that Disenchant Uniques, but heres a List plus a Request to make All Uniques to be Disenchanted please. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Unique_Items
But this doesn't disenchant uniques. It simply makes a copy of the unique item unenchanted.
I have already made all truly unique items (except for the arch-mage robes) though. Many of the items are just visually similar to other items (eg The Longhammer is just an Orchish warhammer, Finnel's End is just an Elven Bow) so there would be no point making them.
I know it's a dark brotherhood overhaul and the main armor is called "Sicarious Armor." Do a quick search and put that in for description and it should come up.
