Exactly what I was looking for. Not like the overloaded mods that rebuild half the city around Breezehome.

    Thank you very much.

This should be in the player homes category instead of castles/palaces/mansions/estates.

It's not working, every time i go into breezehome the game shuts down. I have no other breezehome mods, but i have all the upgrades for it (with the child's room instead of alchemy lab, both expansions, and an up-to-date skyrim.

Use the older version. I found that Lydia's idles are at fault and I'm unable to fix that. The older version should work just fine. If it doesn't, let me know and I'll see what else I can do.

Thanks for the mod (I was the one who requested it!),Got it installed and ran through it last night. Just an FYI, technically the alchemy room isn't lost with Hearthfire, it's just an either/or situation with the DLC.

Couple of observations: The table is low enough that the character looks like she's holding her hands in mid air over the enchanting station and his holding up the mortar and pestle over the alchemy station. It looks fine to me, just something for others to be aware of. The placement of the chair is a bit odd and I get Lydia breathing down my neck once in a while when my character is trying to make stuff. The chair is probably not necessary at all, unless there's some coding or reference ID issue that requires it.

One thing that I am quite happy about, there's NO CLIPPING, which I admit was little bit of a concern when I saw the slant of the wall/roof by the table. Works perfectly with the children's bedroom downstairs, no conflicts. Because I dropped it in after I already had Breezehome and paid to fix it up, would I have the stations before paying the jarl's man to reno the place, or would I need to go through the payments to get it? I'm totally okay with paying the guy to install the stuff, just curious.

      You're very welcome.

I did notice the height problem, but if I raise the table, the legs are off the ground and you'll see it every time you come up the stairs. I don't know of a reference issue, but I prefer not to remove things like that. Trees okay, but anything that can be activated stays, just in case. As for her breathing down your neck, I don't think it saved the navmesh when I edited it. I'll take a look and update if that's the case.

I tried to tie it into the Loft Decorations package, so it shouldn't be there until you buy those, but I'll check and make sure it works properly.
