Adds an alchemy table to the second floor and an enchanting altar.

I made this for a friend who asked about restoring the Alchemy table removed in Hearthfire. He also wanted an enchanting altar, so I added that. While it's intended to fix something from Hearthfire, it's completely a vanilla modification.
It adds a table and moves the cabinet, pots, and candles, and should be completely compatible. Probably won't work with other Breezehome changes, unless they're small and don't change the worldspace.

1.1 - Edited Navmesh, and moved chair to wall at top of stairs instead of along stair railing.
