This is THE player home to solve the problem that multiple adoptions brings up (six beds) if you are using a low end set up and want to feel like you havent compromised a thing. I get better fps in this house than anywhere, and i got a lump in my throat the first time i dashed around this roleplayabe/performance smart/convienient rustic manor home. Great name, this really feels lore friendly. A perfect retirement home for a hunter and soldier...a perfect retreat for a total bad ass of whatever designation, really. The view and access to hunting is tremendous. I really didnt want to get a player home until i was standing in front of it...and thanks for the unmovable clutter, this is so easy on my laptop. I cant imagine playing without this now. Its exactly everything i wanted. Thank you so much.
Use Jaxonz positioner mod. It can pick up anything including NPCs. I'm not kidding. I have an army of drauger in a chest...lol...and a slew of dead named NPCs. 0.o ...yeah.
Don't want to sound stupid, but I'm unable to pick up any object in the manor or its surrounding buildings. Is this meant to be?? Its kind of annoying I can't pick up the ingots to craft with
nice, simple, hearthfire compatible, doesn't need other DLC's sorry not my fav housmod because their are so many out there but probably about 3rd place (I have 71 house mods)
Thank you. Yes there are a lot of great house mods out there. I never intended to have the number one house mod but being in the top ten with some people isn't too bad.

I came here to look for the answer, and didn't find it. So I thought I'd be nice and answer it for others.
Requires: 75 nails, 3 locks, 10 quarried stone, 50 firewood
1- cant pick up anything in the house.
2- i tried to adopt lucia the game told me i have no house.
2 - Are you using another mod that could be causing a conflict?
