Is it possible to do the same for the Savior's Hide and the Stormcloak Officer's armor? In other words, a retexture that shows more leg without modding meshes.
I like this mod, but, strangely, the skimpiest version of fur armor has a section of transparency at the top of the leg where the skirt ends. This is not an issue with the version that appears identical, except for having fur over the shoulders. Can this be looked into? Thanks.
Thanks exeter... I was just about to answer with a third edit that I figured it out by typing in all the fur armor item codes ;p Looks great btw! Will endorse in less than an hour.
@trixterpriest- There are three types of fur armor in the game, and only one of them has a shirt and pants. The other two types are as you describe, with bare legs. You can tell the types apart by looking at the inventory icon. This mod just shortens the leather skirt by removing part of the texture, it doesn't touch the mesh.
I downloaded the file because I liked the shirt and pants option but this only seems to have the shortened skirt change when I load up the game. I looked at the DDS file and it has the textures for the shirt and pants but they don't show.
Did you take the pants mesh out of the file? Please bring it back
EDIT: I thought it was maybe because I had CBBE body installed and I read in the comments it wasn't compatible so I uninstalled it... same deal, now with just the dirty vanilla body underneath ;p
2nd EDIT: Are there two different types of vanilla fur armor? One with the shirt and one without... like there are two steel armor types, one with pauldrons and one without? Maybe I just have the wrong type on me...
