This house is really nice. Simple, clean, spacious. I can take my hoplite army or other NPCs into it. Also very good work with the lights. Well, good job, me give endorsements. This mod, I highly recommend to other Dovahkins.
A very nicely made low-key rearrangement of Breezehome! I pretty much checked them all out and settled on this rather unknown one. I like the no-fire pit living room with the chairs in front of the fire. He also reworked some of the lighting issues. Now I'm using Remix together with Better Beds which really give me the Breezehome I like.
Absolute perfection for me would be if there also was an open basement room (not with a trap door) but not an OP one like Berticus, just a regular one. There are one or two mods for that, but they are not fully compatible and I am not proficient enough to make my own version.
I love this mod. I wish I could just combine this one with the no trap door basement from a slightly different Breezehome Mod. Your top with his basement would be perfect!
I really enjoy this mod and I am still using the full working prototype that I play tested during its creation. (I had to DL the Nexus version so I could at least endorse.) I use "Breezehome Remix" with the "Thanes Basement" mod and for the first time since Skyrim was released, I actually use Breezehome as the base of operations for my characters. Nicely done Cardinal Syn, hope to see more of your work here!
I used this with no trouble on my last playthrough and endorsed. This time, for some reason, the master bedroom was not upgraded (though I purchased the upgrade). Any ideas?
Never mind. I discovered that there's an unrelated glitch that won't allow you to buy bedroom furnishings unless Proventus Avenicci is inside Dragonsreach and not on the Porch- so I thought I'd bought everything when I hadn't.
Great mod, BTW. I love the simplicity of the changes. I don't want a Breezehome with a central firepit, but I also don't want it to be overboard, having a full smithy or or whatever.
I seem to have trouble using this with Open Cities Skyrim, it seems like the Whiterun exterior map becomes corrupted somehow (ie doors not opening, having to load the world map when exiting Whiterun). Not 100% sure if it's to do with this mod, but the problem seems to disappear when I disable Breezehome Remix. Otherwise fantastic idea, this bug is the only thing stopping me from using this mod.
An individual on steam reported having this same problem, after extensive troubleshooting it turned out not to be mine but a load order and compatibility issue with a couple mods that affected overall game mechanics. The individual just haphazardly fixed it by moving stuff around so I dont know the exact process.
OK, I'm liking this. Have always preferred the Breezehome but no enchanting table was disappointing. But you fixed that without taking a simple home over the top and it looks much cleaner now, thanks.
I do have a request or two. The dream catcher by the alchemy table, would you replace that with a shield rack?
Lastly, I think the home has plenty of plates and other type tableware. I would like to see the three shelf cabinet to the right of the entry door replaced with a three shelf bookcase.
Oddity that I'm not certain is the mod, but I get a weird light from the fireplace pops in and out depending on the angle I'm looking. I thought I'd mention in case it could be solved.I use ELFX, but no enhancer.
I love this mod with the exception of one thing- there is no cook pot over the new fire. Or if there is, I've overlooked it. This might sound like a silly little thing but if you have survival type mods installed it means you have to run all the way to one of the inns to do your cooking.
