It's been a very long time since I last visited the Nexus. So much has changed since, from the site's look to its new features, everything feels so shiny and new. *_* I'll sure need a moment or two to get used to all the stuff again but I think once I'm really getting into it, it's gonna be an easy learning.
For those of you that now might be expecting big things to happen on NSM I'll have to say that I do not have plans on expanding it any more. My thoughts are more about fixing and completing old stuff.
So, here's a few things you can expect over the next couple of weeks (in no particular order): -"Noble Skyrim SE" will get its own page in the Skyrim SE section. - Port Noble Skyrim to other platforms (XBox - NintendoSwitch) - Fix any incompatibility issues between Noble Skyrim Mod and Static Mesh Improvement Mod (i.e. logs in mines/caves).
I will also read a little bit in the comments to see if I can find any reports of bugs or problems. If you know of any problems that need to be adressed, please let me know. Your best bet would be to just make a screenshot of the problem. A screenie can be worth a tousand words!
Meanwhile, I have received many many messages and I dont even know where to start to be honest. I've read the first 20 msg or so and they were mostly questions about porting Noble Skyrim to a certain platform or posting the SE part of the mod over to Skyrim SE. I've also seen many "permission request" titles while scrolling through the mail list but since there are some from over a year ago, I dont know if it would make any sense to reply. I think the best idea is to just ask everyone who's still waiting for an answer on that, or any other matter, to just send me a new request. You can simply copy&paste your old message and send it and I will get back to you ASAP.
And finally, I would like to just thank each one of you out there for enjoying Noble Skyrim for what it is. Thank You.

As far as models and textures are concerned, I use this mod in 2k, SMIM, Realistic Waters 2, and no ENB. I've finally figured out that this is the source of something that's bugged me since I got it years ago. Any exposed smooth dirt is constantly shiny and reflective, as if it is icy/wet. This is always the case. I do not know what I might do on my end to fix this. Stones, gravel, plant-littered dirt, and everything else is just fine. Only the bare dirt has this issue. Is there a setting somewhere I can fiddle with that might change this?
i am having the same issue, its really bugging me because i have finally got skyrim looking how i want it to look but its just the exposed dirt is constantly shiny and reflective.
As much as I love this mod, I'm having some trouble with noble skyrim. It won't let me use any other graphics/texture replacer alongside it. Whenever I install another mod that modifies some of the same textures, no matter the load order it causes my game to crash. I tried with Skyrim HD and Skyrim Flora Overhaul. Both mods share same conflicting textures with noble skyrim, they both work absolutely fine without the noble skyrim installed. I've tried and had to give up some other mods in sake of noble skyrim but at this moment I'm just getting exhausted from this and thinking about giving up noble skyrim. So for the sake of giving one last go for it, if anyone can help me I would much appreciate. I'm using vortex MO, I'm not going to give my load order to avoid further confusion since these are pluginless texture packs but I can share it on request. other than that, other mods in my list that has conflicting files with noble skyrim yet work fine are: smim, elfx. Any help or attempt of helping would be much appreciated.
I'm on the same boat right now. SFO, Verdant, Trees HD,... Now I've had to uninstall anything else that had to do with textures (except for armor and weapon stuff). I've uninstalled and reinstalled this mod along with files etc so it would go back to zero and even ask about patches etc. but nothing. Doesn't work again. Did you ever solve this issue?
could som1 help me boost fps? relatively new to performance based modding here and already got ENB boost got around 35-50 fps around major cities with an ENB and a city overhaul without this texturepack already set "VideoMemorySizeMb=8000" and "ReservedMemorySizeMb=768" in enblocal.ini
and i am planning on adding this texture pack + more grass / trees / flora mods that costs more fps
texture looks blurry when im away from them a little or far away but close looks a little bit sharper is it how this mod works or its because something else
Vortex is an old tool. I think these tools like, Vortex or the one i'm using (nexus mod manager), are both 32bit tools. If you noticed, this mod here is more then 2 gigabytes big. I read somewhere that, it's kinda affected during downloading and activating .... gets stuck or somethin .... ...but i'm not sure. Please correct me if i'm wrong with this. I think "manual downloading" is better and more secure. ....THEN activate the mod afterwards, directing this Vortex tool you have, to the downloaded file of this mod here.
when I have this mod activated it causes static tv textures, purple textures and it crashes when I enter/leave buildings. I know this is caused by this mod, the smim patch didnt fix this sadly.
Have some wrong when i open doors, just wooden doors, gates and etc don't have this problem. It's something like ''ghosting'' problem. Someone know how to fix?

does anyone have an idea what is wrong/how I can fix this without removing this mod? I really like how it looks.
I had some problems a few years ago with this mod. I don't use it anymore.
