Making the success cap 99% is good. The additional carry weight bonus is good but arguably rather broken. And larceny perk is, to me, not really very useful, unless you also have some mod making it significantly easier to sell large amounts of stolen goods. In vanilla, it's just too big of a pain in the rear, and it's still really easy to become an amazing pick-pocket with just 1 or 2 enchanted pieces, so the whole skill still remains a poor investment for perk points, only good to level up precisely to get perk points you spend elsewhere.

Great mod, but it would be nice if it didn't give extra items (gold, gems, jewelry) to beggars (e.g. Silda the Unseen).

And the 99% success rate is much better than 90% or 95%. There are times when you need (and should be able) to steal multiple items (read: armor and weapons) off multiple people, and 95% just isn't good enough to do that.

Wow, seems like a great mod to try.
Though does anyone know if it's compatible with Ordinator?

Can you make a mod for Skyrim like this one: "Morrowind Inhabitants: Pickpocket!" It's a lot of fun. Special Edition of Skyrim would need this.
