Nice - if a little "over-doored", but that's no real problem. Too many freebies for a starter house, too - but i can always dump them all into the river.
My only problems are (unless I've missed them - I didn't find the "secret" door for ages): Tanning rack? Chopping block? Why two anvils? And on behalf of owners of aging (slow) PCs, shame about the area transition to the smithy.
chimney would be good. not bad overall. not sure why to have secret cabinet only to include a back entrance into the secret area through a normal door. too many interior doors IMHO inside and some more wall decoration/clutter would help it to feel more homey. keep pluggin along.
