    Hi,
you forgot to set the transparency in your textures, if you see and compare the screenshots the originals had transparency, for example the iron door holders that look like dragons, in original screenshots they just metal, in yours they have a black color around them, this black thingy had to be transparent and invisible.
Same on the wall screenshots with green mold, in your screenshot it covers everything, in original its sort of mixed over the stones, it means you forgot to set the transparency.
Same with road textures and so on.

When you save these textures, you need to save them in DXT5 format

Every thing is shinny, even the basic wood? Nice try though

OK , I change the name , ok are no HD , but first : This is my first modification. second they takes me a lot of time , and the last thing is i do not use the photoshop .

The saturation and the sharper effect is not all . I made more shadow and light effect , in the cave for exemple the rocks are darkest and they have more reflections .

I'm learning to do this better .thanks for all positives comments , and please do not comment like searnox . Because my mod its possibly a bad work , but i do it ,to people ,who like this kind of graphics .

Wow! Two years old and already using the sharpen filter in Photoshop like a pro!

We appreciate the attempt, but I only really see the saturation being increased and the bumpyness going through the roof. Not my kind thing.

Perhaps you should change the name to something like "alternate skyrim textures...". Calling them HD will confuse a lot of people. HD implies that the texture has a significantly higher resolution.
