I do hope it's a change mod. Would be really cool to have 100 copper equal 1 silver, and 100 silver equal 1 gold. It would add a lot of more logical loot, and make it more difficult to scrounge cash if you're playing a monk or a low level sellsword.
The mod "Valuable Coins" add four types of coin to the game, and by using these textures and one for the original gold septim, three types of immersive coins can be added to the game in a pretty good fashion.
Still not working like "100 cooper = 1 silver", since the new coins have base values that are altered depending on your speechcraft, some perks, and the vendor you use. Still enough to give them in exchange for some copper so you can still buy stuff after "discussing" the price XD
The fourth coin is the platinum coin, but it uses the same model/texture as the silver coin. This can be easily edited in the CK, and you can find a suitable texture to use for it depending on your tastes. I recommend akaviri dragon dwemer coin - stunning details!
I was literally just thinking about this on my way home from school today =D Awesome! Not sure if I'm going to download just yet, as I already have to much stuff on my harddrive, but I'll add it to my tracking list, and I might even mention it to the author of SkyRealism (whoever he is).

I used the coins in my mod Coins of Tamriel.
