Hey guys and girls long time no see. I have been away from the Skyrim modding scene for quite sometime, but have been wondering if you all would like for Inferno to be uploaded to Skyrim Special Edition. The main problem I have uploading these mods is that they are not exactly fit for consoles since there are a lot of balancing issues that would need to be reworked. In addition the Skyrim scene is not as lively as it use to be so I want to make sure before I spend the month long process enough people express interest in downloading and the project. Let me know what you think and I will try to check this post as actively as I should be
Hahaha even with most op spells from Colorful magic and Arcanum cant do nothing to them. Only avada kedavra from phendrix magic world one shot them. Not even kryptonian race and terminators cant kill them. Alduin is pet dragon to them.. So this mod is addition to other OP mods.
All of the books and journals for this mod are missing pictures, so I have no clue where to go without looking at the guide. However, alt-tabbing out of skyrim causes it to crash.
Same problem here. In my case it is an incompatibility between Mod Organizer 2 and how Skyrim accesses PNG files. It appears as if Skyrim ignores the virtual file system in this case and looks for the PNG files in the original /Skyrim directory. Here's what I did to make it work properly:
- Open the Mod with the file explorer inside MO2. Collect all PNG files in Skyrim/Data/Textures/Clutter/Books/Images/*.PNG - Make a blank directory structure in the original directory: /Skyrim/Data/Textures/Clutter/Books/Images/ - Copy all the book image PNGs into this directory.
I don't know why this works, but it does. Someone more familiar with the Gamebryo engine could probably shed some light on this. I have never had this problem with MO2 before.
well lokthrooniid or whatever is his name is spawing IN SOLITUDE i dont know which mod causes it but i dont have open cities... maybe legacy of the dragonborn.. he killed the whole town... i have to reload and kill him with CONSOLE .... great... ok so i found him outside but he instakills me i dont know what to do as a melee class... what a great and stupid mod :D im level 53 i have 100 one handed 100 heavy armor and many resist but with one attack he throw me to another planet.. like giant attack but 100000 times stronger xD
This mod is absolutely underrated, I wish there were more endgame challenge mods on this level. Just fought Samel for the first time, I think balancing is perfect this is the challenge I needed for the endgame, perfect fit at level 80 on my current character. Also he's just insane as a dead thrall, putting him up against the Mind Sculptor from Arcanum was epic to watch. I'm not sure why this mod would need extra balancing for consoles, I'm playing it on the Nintendo Switch and I don't think anything needs a nerf.
The dragons are too powerful, I expected to y'know actually be able to dodge/use a ward to block/use Unrelenting Force to cancel their attacks. Let me be a glass cannon in PEACE REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Hello friend, alas, I cannot help you with this particular problem but I can maybe save you some future troubles. I fought Samel and it was a fucking chore. Not in a tough boss fight kinda way but in an almost no possible victory kinda way. I had to TGM and elevate my destruction skill to 5,000,000 but turns out the only spells that damage him don't scale with your stats. But I finally did it. No body.
says loot the body for the journal and no body was to be found. I fixed it by reloading a save and trapping him in a magic duel. (magic duel reborn: mod name.) It anchors them in place and if your destruction magic is higher than theirs is, your odds of winning are better. But this guarantees an ash pile to search. I wish I could help with your actual issue though. but like you, I just found this mod recently myself.
So I accidentally ran both this mod and Advents of Flame. Which the modder said not to because it's not recommended. And because I didn't read this because I'm stupid, I ran both. And I ended up seeing a very weird fight between two Alchemic Dragons and Two Ferna the Frost. Both copies of the Alchemic Dragons died, and I had to somehow kill the two Ferna. I was able to split them and kill them one after the other. So much loot. Not recommended, but fun. 10/10, would mess up installation and make the mod even harder for myself again.
