With the announcement of the Workshop monetization, I feel the need to let everybody know I will never charge ANYTHING ever, for any of my mods. In the coming weeks I will post my backlog of Skyrim/Fallout mods that have sitting on my hard drive and every single one will be free forever. All I ask is that if you see any of my mods on the workshop, you report it to me.

I really like the Armor in this mod. Only, I was disappointed to find that I couldn't find any "Light Armor" boots, gauntlets, helmet, or shield. Do those become available after Boethiah's Calling? I haven't found that one yet. If not, are you possibly going to make a mod that includes them, or maybe update this mod to include it. I like the ability to craft it myself and adding my own enchantments. But, I'd like to have a matching set of "Light Armor" It works better with my current perks. I tend to shy away from "Heavy Armor" because I'm more of a stealth player. I like to sneak up on people with my bow, or with a dagger, picking their pockets when I can.
With my method of play, if it weren't for getting caught from time to time with more enemies than I can take out in time with a bow, I probably wouldn't need armor at all. I also don't use magic much, because that always gives away my position. Well, not until I have some of the better spells anyway.
By the way, I have endorsed your mod. It really is nice to have the options it allows.

Thanks for the endorsement! About your questions, I only changed the armor type of the Ebony Mail to light instead of heavy and added a craft-able version because I know some people don't like the vanilla smoke effect. I hadn't really planned on a 'Light Armor" set because I still think the Ebony Set is really balanced 'Heavy Armor" wise, and the only reason I made Ebony Mail light was because I think it was incredibly silly on Bethesda's part to put a sneak enhancement on a heavy armor piece, not to mention in Morrowind, Ebony Mail was medium armor. About methods of play truth to be told I don't think armor, heavy or light, really has any effect too much on sneaking. Just looking in the creation kit, armor in general really has haphazard detection values and I haven't really noticed too much difference from changing the values one way or another.

I've been lost, working on other projects.
I still like this armor though and, although heavy armor may not effect sneaking much, there is a matching set perk that would be nice to apply to this set. And, I personally prefer light armor. That's the perk tree I usually enhance. That's the main reason I'm interested in a complete set.

I really have no room to complain though. If I had a clue about mod making, I could probably make my own set. I just haven't been able to get that far with learning the skills.

Anyway, Thanks for making this mod. I is a sweet piece of armor.

Question - I just achieved receiving the armor in-game, however my enchantments on it are a "poison resistance" and "70% resistance to fire". Will this MOD change it to sneaking? Quite honestly, I think I'd rather keep the fire resistance and higher poison resistance. Also, there's no smoke coming from mine when I do sneak, as I had expected considering this is my 2nd play-through. The armor however is heavy.

So you are talking about the Ebony Mail received at the end of Boethiah's Calling right? Because if the armor has "poison resistance" and "fire resistance", then another mod is changing the effects (Probably why there is no smoke effect) So if you add my mod it will probably conflict because I kept the vanilla effects, I only changed the armor class to light and lowered the weight. If you use my mod though, you could craft an unenchanted Ebony Mail and then add those enchantments yourself, and still have the vanilla Ebony Mail with smoke effects.

I had made my own basic version of a light Ebony mail(heavy->light, upped AR). I left the smoke effect because I didn't know how to remove it and I didn't make it upgradeable because, again, I didn't know how. Thank you for making this.

I added a link to this on my mod page since the major complaints were the lack of perk effects and upgrading.

Thank you for the link, I've just started modding yesterday, so I'm immersing myself in all the Creation Kit's functions.
For future reference, tempering is located under Items > Constructible Objects, Tempering uses the same template as Item Recipes, and I removed the smoke effect by setting enchanting to NONE, and removed the attached Papyrus script. Hope that helps
