This MOD is dead.. no longer functions at all with fully updated Skyrim.

I know it says it is for SSE but I am using it on LE and it's working perfectly. You just have to install it manually, drag and drop into DATA FOLDER and activate the MOD.
How anyone can want *any* follower to *keep* talking, I don't know. It's immensely annoying.
Thanks, Capokid! Now I might just summon Lucien again. He's been banished since the first time I summoned him and he would. Not. Shut. Up. I was thrilled when he first arrived, but that faded fast. So maybe now I can get my nostalgia fix in a bearable way. Thanks for sharing!

A lot of the voice acting in Skyrim is well done, and interesting. But really badly timed. And way to repetitive. I was really excited the first time I had Lucien running around with me. His comments were funny and nostalgic. But far to constant- especially when sneaking around. The two times I hate npc chatter the most are when I'm sneaking, or when I'm trying to listen to another NPC give quest/story details. Its just unnecessary.
