   I find myself getting experience toward magicka growth WAY too fast. A multiplier of 0.01 is somehow still way too much. I end up having godlike amounts of magicka within mere minutes.

   Sometimes the stamina just stops getting xp. Cant really hit level 20 with it doing that

   Popped in to let you know that this works just fine in SE.
   First download and install FISS for SE,
   Next open this file in CK, then save the file in CK.
   Profit!

   I´ve seen others requesting this or something similar for Skyrim SE. Is it posible to port this mod? There is a FISS version for SE.

   2018 and this mod still essential to me whenever i replaying Skyrim.
    
   I hope someone who good at scripting can make a patch for this because currently stamina growth from sprinting is not capped like the other. I reach 1k stamina just from sprinting all over skyrim.
