if only bethesda didn't oversimplified the haggling system in Skyrim, what Morrowind done to haggling system is far better than Skyrim alone, Skyrim speech skill is basically a dump stats at this point !!
Not sure if it was due to a conflict as I do have a fair few mods but I found an option to thank someone for trading with me, and when I thanked them they gave me 400 gold, but the option was still there and it never disappeared, giving me 400 gold each time I pressed. I disabled the mod due to this but if there was a fix that would be awesome as little mods like this are just what skyrim needs!
I like the concept of this mod. Problem is it adds a bug to the normal "What do you have for sale" dialog still. I was thinking perhaps you can modify that dialog to fix the bug?
Did you copy the SEQ folder to skyrim's data folder? That should fix the dialog bug; but if you're talking about how the barter window opens before the NPCs finish speaking, that is not a bug. That was done on purpose because the variables for gold before barter have to be set before you barter with them. I tried keeping it like the original, but the variable was reset. I will try to find a workaround if it is freezing up your game.
This and all of my other mods are still being worked on, but my time for modding is more limited now. I will still try to fix any problems that people are having with my mods though.
What happened, my reply isn't here... Anyway, i just noticed that eventually, the common shop dialog will cease to work and purchases can only be done through the new barter dialog. I'm not sure if it's the new script affecting the original, or if it's the common dialog bug on new characters after dawnguard came out.
This happened on a test, clean save. I'm not sure how the mod would behave during a longer gameplay.

When you get a chance please add a "Changes" tab so that we can see what each new version adds or fixes.
Looks like a great mod, I might use it for my next playthrough. I use Trade and Barter so I'm glad it's compatible with it.
Is this still being worked on, like, going to have bugfixes and whatnot?
