I have been wanting one of those houses for my own ever since Dragonborn!! But can you make a version on the mainland or even on Solsthiem? Also, can you make a version with an Arcane Enchanter as well and all the smithing amnesties (e.g. for, grinder, work bench, etc). That would be super useful!! Plus, can you make it with an already-discovered fast travel map marker or near Riverwood/Helgen/Whiterun so I can find it when I start a new game? That would be epic!!
I love this home, but I find it to be a little limited in storage. Maybe a second chest or a dresser on the top floor, and replace the barrels or urns on the main floor with a bookshelf would solve that without cluttering up those rooms too much.
As i said in a comment above, i'm currently working on an overhaul for this house. I'm definitely gonna add allot of storage. so if you are still intrested in this house then be sure to keep an eye on this page!
Currently i'm making a sort of overhaul of this house. Adding some bridges, tower, etc. Maybe i'm gonna make a fun quest to get the house or maybe you would have to buy it from someone in windhelm or something. Suggestions are welkom.
It's nice enough and kinda interesting to be around that area where it's not that warm. The problem is that people who use the Frostfall mod (and there'll be quite a few of those) will have massive trouble living or being there since there's no open fire to warm yourself with. If you could add a fireplace, if only a small one, then Frostfall players could use it and personally I'd love a simple home in an area where Frostfall actually affects stuff.
Also, since the house is kind of small you could put all the smithing stuff outside which would make a lot more sense. And maybe there could be a fire and cookpot/oven too!
There whas already all the blacksmith stuff and the arcane enchanter! The forge is only being replaced with an anvil! And the arcane enchanter is now a Fountain of Knowledge!

Although its not buyable, it quite far from the starting of the game.
If you were able to add Frostfall support then I'd gladly download
