I think a cool option would be to integrate this sword into the Meridia/Dawnbreaker quest.
Instead of getting vanilla Dawnbreaker sword (which I always thought was underwhelming) you get Blade's sword which at this period of time is called "Dawnbreaker". Which sword you actually get depends on which skill is higher. 2h or 1h.
I went into the CK and noticed the the 2H version has the SilverPerk and the 1H version did not. I fixed this myself on my own copy but I just wanted to give you a "heads-up" on that.
Actually in order to be compatible with SkyRe the name of the blades should be: Blades Silver Katana (for 1 H version) Blades Silver Nodachi (for 2 H version) This way the blades benefit not only by the silver perk but also the weapons take the related SkyRe perks (for katana and nodachi).

Otherwise it looks really cool. It's just not useful as it is.
By the way the silver script is the original one or another made by you?
If it is made by you , it hurts also the werewolfs?
