I love this mod! I have been searching the Nexus for years to try and find exterior cell houses with safe storage!! I myself am trying to make an exterior cell home that has all these features you have here, but I understand it is a complex process. So far I have only made a home with a loading door and so I feel unequipped to create something like this.
Do you think you would ever upload a tutorial for how you went about doing this? Not a video necessarily, but a series of links showing one how to do this process and make a functional home as you have.

This is as comfortable a little, simple place as you could ask for (as long as it's not raining ) Especially in Tropical Skyrim, where you don't need a fire for warmth, and this place would be about the *most* comfortable spot in Whiterun--the water, stone and low elevation would air-condition it! I would *not* call it over-luxurious, except for a penniless beggar just starting out--it's still pretty bare-bones. (For said beggar, I'd use the original at first, as below.) It's just had a few basic comforts dragged in as chance allowed--an old carpet, pauper's furniture and the like.

The one thing that would give that luxury impression is that there's some pretty sharp loot here--the denizen must have made a *very* lucky heist--errr, *find* or two. If that bothers you, you can just disable or get rid of the stuff. And if you find that immersion-breaking, just consider it as disposing of some hot loot before you get caught. If you didn't steal it, you could have found it when you moved into this little abandoned den you've had your eye on. In fact, maybe that's how you "inherited" the place--maybe the thief was caught, and they just haven't found the loot yet. Welcome to role-playing!

I really like the idea of this mod. I thought it would be perfect for my orphan child playthrough, but after installing it and checking it out, it's just too luxurious for what I need. I wish there was a bare bones version that has less furniture and items in it. Especially items that are so rare and valuable. I mean really, the White Phial? Aren't we supposed to do a quest to get that? Also, I'd rather have a cooking pot than an enchanting table. With Frostfall and a needs mod installed, my character really needs to be able to cook food. Ideally, for a poor, beggar, thief type character who's barely scraping by (which is my current playthrough) I'd love to see this hideout with only some straw on the floor instead of a rug. A bedroll instead of a bed, a cooking pot instead of an enchanting table, and a couple small barrels or chests for storing things, with maybe some food or lockpicks inside them or something, instead of shelves filled with expensive and rare items. And that's all. So, unfortunately I won't be using this mod unless such a version becomes available in the future. Which is unfortunate, I was really excited to find this, since the only other Whiterun hideout mod I've been able to find is an old crypt, and it's pretty creepy.

This is a really nice mod, don't get me wrong, I love it. It's just too rich and luxurious for the type of dwelling it is. At least for my character.

Actually, there are quite a few "underbridge" mods. Most of 'em have your feet in the water, but there's at least one dry-and-snug one that would probably work for you--the original Whiterun Bridge Den by BarronTV1-- and you could even use this one if your fortunes improve enough that you could have a nicer place. Pocket Empire Builder or Constructible Shacks, and maybe some other mods, would let you add a cooking pot or whatever you want, and you can delete unwanted items by console. Late to the party, I know, but maybe of use to someone.

BTW, this place looks very lovely. Bookmarking--will try soon.

I love it! For some reason this brings me back to the good ole days of morrowind modding and the cozy homes in balmora.

Very nice mod , unfortunately it does not work with open Cities, respectively open cities + JK Whiterun , you can fix it?
    That would be really good

This is still my favorite player abode, used it with a ranger/archer playthrough and I never felt the need for a new house even passed level 40. With the extremely convenient use of war maidens above, this house lacks nothing for a solitary wanderer. Perfect for those who appreciate simple pleasures, the sound of the water moving below is delightful. If you're looking for a place to display every piece of armor, this mod isn't for you! Although I agree with MagisterofAsariel below on some points, I think this mod is great for a mid to high level character who still doesn't want some huge manor somewhere. If there are any objects that bother you, you can always disable them. Cannot endorse this mod enough. No conflicts with JK's whiterun, and I don't remember there being a problem with Beautiful Whiterun when I was using that either.
