Your BSA is not sorted you have files everywhere, which is creating to much confusion. Take the BSA extract it to an empty folder, Copy the loose Mesh and Texture folders out and overwrite. open next File (Final Fix) copy over and overwrite. now repack the BSA and add it with the last new esp and now you have just one rar with 4 files. simple. If you cant pack the BSA i can send it to you.
Works great nice layout, would be nice to have scripting on the pool, Like the mannequins. Good job.
Excellent mod, it adds some beauty to Falskaar. Just a small thing, in my game, the mannequins in the rooms do not stand on their pedestals but rather in the middle of the room. Just gives a strange feeling but doesn't remove anything from the beautiful atmosphere you've set up, so I will keep them that way unless you say there is something that can be done about it. Thanks for your work.
Great. 3 files to add to the load order. Why don't you combine to make one? Am I missing something here? Perhaps I am having a Skyrim moment...er....senior Skyrim moment...
Guest room has a double bed and single so it only sleeps three. The two companions each have a double bed in their room opposite the kitchen, although it seems they have too many clothes and three wardrobes in the guest room have names on them, theirs and one for a companion that does not exist. But I am pretty sure nothing vanished no matter where you stored it.
Master bedroom has a double bed, your own bath, and plenty of storage. You could put a bedroll under one of the stairs, it has plenty of room under there. Or there is lots of space outside for tents. I never travel with followers so never tried out the sleeping arrangements. I mainly like the house for all the modder resource goodies. Especially the pumpkins! It is nicely decorated, although the sofa's and modern style paintings are a bit out of place. And home decorators have a bit of space to customize things.
The player home you get to buy after doing the usual quests around town has a double bed and space out in the cave area for bedrolls and tents, but the home has memory issues, it does not like having a lot of extra things added. So probably best to go with the Companions Lodge, and Falskaar can always use more additions.
You could park your crowd up near where you start as well, the dwemer homes have safe storage in the cottage with the double bed, or at least nothing ever vanished on me, the other cottage the fish barrel respawns and it only has a single bed. There is plenty of space outside for tents, there is already bedroll up around there for stray wanderers in need of some where to sleep, some tents would go well there.
There are several places in Falskaar you could claim after quests are done that have lots of beds, some do not have respawning occupants.
I'm planning a trip to Falskaar and am in the market for some real-estate. I will be traveling with my pack. (Includes my husband and 4 other followers.) How many followers does the guest room accommodate? ;-)
If need be, I can always give them some bedrolls to throw on the floor, but I'm trying to get an idea of the room size. And does the master bed sleep two?

Otherwise, good idea, thanks !
(also, a non BSA version would be interesting as to us, mod merging gamer).
