    UPDATE 1.2:
    -Merchants and their horses are essentials, followers stay protected, others NPC's respawn.
    -Adding 1 merchant (misc item) on horse travelling between Falkreath and Solitude.
    -Adding 2 Vigilants of Stendarr on horse patrolling between Hall of the Vigilant and Riften. (They respawned)
    -Adding 2 Thalmor on horse patrolling between Thalmor Ambassy and near Whiterun west.
    -Adding 2 Travelers
    -Fix Belethor shop name.
    -Fix Ragru Sharbag itinerary, now he move lol
    -Remove marriables followers for prevent a bug signaled during marriage. (a horse as witness ^_^ )
    -Remove guard on horse around Whiterun.

    -Cleaned with TES5EDIT.

      Well this is just an esp so you can convert this with creation kit just load the esp in CK then save and you're good :)

      Oh i forgot there's some nif files...

      Well i'm gonna convert it.

    Great mod, but most of the time the horses get disconnected from their riders, fly around like superman, get stuck in the ground, and mostly end up glitched like this http://i.imgur.com/94awECI.jpg -- any ideas? I've got about 350 hours into my game and have never seen any physics glitches with anything else before.

      I find the same problems with any version of Horses On Patrol, but still not had a workourd. 

      I haven't had issues with Anna's Npc's riders ever.

    Have installed your mod since about a month, so it should be the latest version and the wedding-bug should be fixed. Works fine and I really love it, but the wedding-ceremonial is still bugged. Yesterday wanted to marry my beloved Lydia - and Aria was riding arround in Mara's temple in Rifton. Oh, she was very friendly and told me how happy she feels for me - but this damned horse should stay outside at Rifton stables!
    Seriously - I never encountered her before and so she wasn't a companion at any time. And I've never stolen or recuited one of the horses from your mod.

    When I reloaded the last save before the wedding and played it again, Aria and her horse was gone, instead one of those Alik'r guys on a horse was there.
    The only companion-mod that I use is "AFT" and the only horse mod is "Convenient Horses". Maybe that there's a conflict with one of them, even you gave a recommendation for 'Convenient horses".

    The mod needs update. There is alot of weird behaviour when riders quickly dismount when player gets close (but dont turn hostile) and other glitches. Good mod tho, just wish it was improved

    Will I also be encountering NPCs riding on carriages as well on the roads of Skyrim?

    One of the merchants had nothing to sell me and didn't see anything in my INV they wanted to buy from me. I should have wrote down their name and if they had any gold or not. Maybe the next time I see them they'll have stuff to sell?

    Still not bad for a first mod though. Better than I can do.

    ADDED:
    Encountered her again. It was Mariele Malie (I think that's how it's spelled). She a merchant on a horse, and she has nothing to sell and won't buy anything from me. I'm guessing she is an unfinished character.

    Ma'Zarim just sits on his horse and doesn't leave the dock area of Solitude. I will come back later and see if he is moving to Falkreath eventually.

    Really nice mod. One thing that I dislike is that you can hire those riders for free. Could you please set gold value for hiring mercenaries like vanilla? I wouldnt mind if it was even higher then normal, like 1250 (this how much mercs cost in my game
