I watched that video ... and still don't get what exatly it is whats picked up from the room with the deadric guy in it.
Maybe release the spell and this "thing" alone (like the apocalypse spell or the apocalypse-train spell), cauze I won't download this house because of the spell and the item. I like the "throat of the world" and for me only a House is allowed to be there it's woth it.
The idea is good, maybe you should overdo your mod again and present us some we really want to see up there.
I get a serious half-assed vibe from this.. Sorry. It's such a great idea for a home and then you release completely unfinished work with bad screenshots.. It just screams "I don't care" attitude. Do I want to install a mod where the author doesn't give a damn?

btw, you can open the console, click on the item or spell book and type "disable" if you don't want them
