Very nice and simple, but it might be worth adding a tiny bit of clutter. I realize the point of this house is to be modest, but there's a difference between modest and barren. xD I don't think too much is necessary. Maybe just a pot and a couple of plates on the table, a few sacks or barrels in the corner, and a torch or two on the wall. I also agree with the people below me, that it should be a more Nordic interior I quite like how the exterior looks though.
Grab some of those items and move them to the right place with the Jaxons Positioner mod, works great for me. That way, the author has less work to do, and you get what you want. It's really a win-win situation!
I like how empty it is as i use craftable containers to put in want i need, found a few bugs tho, when you enter you are facing the door and when you leave you are 20 ft away from the house, but the worst is the shadow stripping in this house makes it hard to stand. with some updates it would be well worth moving in.
Wow, I like this. It actually IS quite rare to find a simple home that isn't trying to be everything to everybody. Back in Oblivion, my favourite character home was the waterfront shack. This achieves something similar by being so basic and somewhat realistic... even down to sleeping on the floor in front of the fire.
I LOVE the outside. The Dwemer interior is nice and ornamental, but I agree with those who say that it clashes with the exterior a bit. Also, are there windows outside, but no windows inside?
Also, even though I said I like the simplicity, it could do with a bit more inside. I don't need a weapons rack, but maybe a couple more modest containers... another chest, or some barrels for helping to sort one's belongings. Perhaps some more furs or rugs on the floor would add to the rustic yet cozy vibe (or alternately, maybe a dirt floor instead of stone?)
I like the changes. With the nordic interior, it feels sort of bigger and emptier now (maybe it should be smaller?), so a bit more simple clutter might be nice to make it feel lived in but still "rough". Maybe some hanging rabbits or things like that, since this feels like a hunter's kind of cabin.
I still think we need some barrels (they will look appropriate for winter food supplies, but we can put gear in them too). If I was being super picky, I'd put the sleeping bag right in front of the fire instead of to the side to make it seem warmer. But good job overall, and it's cool that you're so responsive to the suggestions you've been getting.
I like it! But, I think that adding the following wouldn't affect the simplicity of the home. Well, at least not too much. http://s21.postimg.org/4quicd89z/43405_2_1380738893.png
I will sure do some of those things by the evening. The Mannequin - I don't THINK so (unless lots of others want it). But a large interior and exterior update will come this evening.
It is very nice to see a small house that has modest and reasonable tools available, well done. The way the steps fit in with the exterior slope works well.
I did find the transition from the nord farmhouse exterior to the dwemer-style interior an odd transition.
Very interesting house. I would suggest more snow on the roof if that is possible. As for house style, if there are no dwemer ruins near by, go with all farm house. I will try this after work.
Hey there! I really like your work, small and simple. This region of Skyrim isn't really the focus of the other modders, so I appreciate it. There should be more house-mods like this. endorse, because I'm feeling lucky hope it will make your day a bit brighter

Anyway, nice.
I will change the interior to look more nordic by this evening.
I will try to also add some more things inside, to make it more cosy.

Keep feedback coming if there is any!

Hmm, would you rather a dwemer exterior or farmhouse interior?

Probably the last trouble anyone will have around here, I suspect, but job well done.
