A late reply, but I think you need a bunch of mods to make your characters look like in the screenshots. For the dredlocks, I think you need ApachiiSkyHair? Not really sure, I'm using a vanilla hairs mod.
Is it Dawnguard compatible? I ask because I want to become a vampire lord but do not wish for my game to crash as I also have the Better Vampire Lord Transformation mod

I love the look of the Chimer, I looked into the lore a bit to find out this is the early version of the Dunmer before they were cursed. Very fascinating.

this mod doesn't need any extra files to work right?
just download, drag/unzip/unrar it to the data folder/installation folder of skyrim, right?
or does it need something else?
Make a dark-black-skinned version available, and it is the perfect recipe to create the Drow race! :-)
