Allows your BAT managed BAIN Projects to match your usage of Wrye Bash Markers in the Installers tab.

This feature allows the bulk conversion of directories to numbered sub-packages
- Rename Sub-Package now permits all viable type changes (eg Skip to Heading)
- Allow multiple Projects to be selected for Cut and Paste operations
- New Project dialogue stays open until you click Close.
This makes creating a number of new projects much less tedious.
- Settings revised and has a new option to remember the position and size of the Archive Monitor window.

- Settings updated so you can define and manage your own Game Names. These can be any name you want.
You may find this feature useful if you want to have more than one Projects Directory for the same
game or you have a different folder structure from the one BAT assumes.
- Convert Data Folder implemented for Projects. Scans Project and Sub-Package top level directories
for all folders named Data and converts them to comply with Wrye Bash's BAIN package format.
- Implemented a "Use the Recycle Bin" toggle on the Status Bar to easily switch modes without changing
your Settings preference.
- Implemented Export and Import to save and restore your Settings.
- Help documentation updated
- Fixed Paste Special crashing BAT when a non-numbered folder has been marked with Cut Special
- Fixed BAT crash caused by deleting a Sub-Package with Windows Explorer when it is selected in BAT
- Fixed font changes not being displayed in the Settings dialogue.
- Fixed problem that stopped Create Archive working on some machine configurations.
