I have a question: were the fletching feathers and arrow shafts added as part of a plan to change the recipes for the arrows? Because the arrow recipes unchanged, and I can't find any actual use for them.
You possibly have another mod that is overwriting the recipes for the arrows. Each of the recipes should require a clutch of arrow shafts, the appropriate metal bar and fletching feathers and makes 25 arrows(I think, it might be 50) To be fair, it has been a very long time since I have looked at these files and the recipes for the arrows may have been part of one of the other mod files. I uninstalled oldrim not long after SE was added to my games list. so these files may be lacking a few updates as well.
I just re-added them from scratch to make sure that I'm not missing any of the GW71 files and loaded only those files in TES5Edit; GW71_Skyrim.esp (from the master files, so it was from the other mod files) includes the miscellaneous items "Fletching Feather" and "Arrow Shaft" but none of the files include any constructible objects at all. I think somehow the recipes got cut out at some point.
Looking at the files I think the recipes are included in GW71_Metallica which redoes many recipes and makes scrapping recipes for most things the you can loot. If you have that one installed then it's quite possible the files on the nexus are outdated. I'll take a closer look at them if I can find the energy and see about uploading an update if it needs it.
I know what you talking about, seens every other mod that tries to do this ends up adding a bunch of other features, and soon you are doing patches for half the mods on the nexus just to fit the theme. Will try adding this one to my current game!
I suffer the same affliction as most modders, I can't help but tinker with things. Though I have taken care to make this mod in a way that allows it to work without any scripts so it can be added and removed without any lasting negative effects or save bloat. I really need to take the time to make a proper readme for everyone to not read.
One caveat, if you are used to picking every bush you come across, you will quickly find yourself overburdened by all the alchemy ingredients.
Those dependencies are needed, Those are my master mod files that house all of the custom lvl lists and item meshes. The mmod master files should be listed as a dependency during download.
Single word posts don't help much, Adding what you like or don't like about the mod would be much more useful to both myself and other people looking to download the file
