I've really liked this mod, and I have some thoughts. 1. THe night is too bright (and there is not a notable night modification) 2. There is not a notable day modification on saturation (color)
I've seen some ini that would change the facts I say. But one that I liked is this http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=12952 Visibly, you would see some changes on saturation and hdd at morning and afternoon (more bright and a lil more color) and at night you're gonna see some more blue saturation and some darker.
