Some nice comments, thank you. But please if you like the mod take the time to actually endorse it. I have a lot if other mods I'm working on at the moment, most of which are private mods. The only way to get me to spend more time on this mod is to show me that you like it.
Beautifully detailed textures, it is a deep shame how underrated this mod is. Functionality-wise, yes, there will be plenty of clippings with certain armors with the lack of flow physics but, for me anyways, that's easy enough to tolerate, if not just ignore altogether, with changing the range of the third-person view. Worthy of so many more endorsements, if these capes could be updated to have physics as the WIC Cloaks, that would make this mod all the more amazing. I love how the variety and texture quality makes these capes match beautifully with some of my TERA Armor choices. Well done! Endorsement +1
I'm definitely giving this a try. I'm a little tired of Cloaks of Skyrim so this might be a nice change. I hope the texture resolution is higher or at least of higher quality than that excellent but outdated mod.
EDIT: As I said, I'll be trying this out shortly, but just to make sure all bases are covered, I have two related questions: 1) Are these capes enchantable and 2) if I were to dye an enchanted cape would the enchantment be lost? My guess for those would be 1) Yes and 2) Yes but I thought I'd ask in case someone else has the same question.
Found out what the issue was with the missing inventory model thing. They were just pointing to the one in the cloaks of skyrim mod, instead of the directory in this mod. It's simple to fix though.
Don't think I commented before, so I may as well say thank you for such a nice mod. I like that it has its own crafting system, plus all the color variations are nice too.

Any plans to port this to SE/AE?
