Could you make it so that there's an option to have the required skill level of the tree instead of the perk so that it can be compatible with perk overhaul mods like Ordinator?

you may want to look into making it so that you don't need the perk itself, as most people who take mods like this also use perk tree mods that change their perk trees, I use a perk tree mod that completely overhauls all perk trees, making this mod useless as it removes most vanilla perks.
was a mod "spell management" make spell tome can read and memorize or read and forget spell, that will be awesome if you can implement in your mod with skyproc, i trying in my personal project make each spell tome with description about the spell in daedric font and using learn or forget option, but without skyproc was too much for me and give up
