I'm very sorry for long delay of the update, My school life has made my modding time gone and the voice actor for Heathcliff was busy with his RL. Yes, I'm still a high school student, but I would graduate this year and the good news is, I got a full scholarship on one of famous college in my country! Now I have the time to continue this mod and will upload the new version as soon as I get the tape for Heathcliff’s voice. Well, enough chit-chat about my boring life.
I'm currently working with RilthTheRogue on making custom Voice for Heathcliff. The next version will come with in-game equipment dialogue, custom-voice, background story, changed hair color, and few minor fixes.
idk if your still willing to improve on this mod, but would you make his weapon and outfit temperable? its a shame that they look good but in my game with several combat and enemy mods on lengendary he spends more than half the time on his knees

There's a save someone made a save game with gear and face based on Kirito. There's the Steel Dragon Longcoat multiple Elucidator mods, and Dual Sheath Redux. Combining those can get you pretty close to what you're looking for. However, there is no proper "Kirito" follower as of yet.
Also, @ Mr777Nick: Not bad for a first pass. I don't have time to test it myself right now, but there are some suggestions I can make from the pictures. The easiest fix is Heathcliff's hair. It's gray, not blond. Beyond that, his armor is mostly red, and the coloring on his shield is different. Refer to this picture: http://i.imgur.com/Xnluk.jpg I think this could turn really great if you manage 3d editing and put some time in it.
I'll change his hair on next update. I'm interested to retexture the armor, but the armor is not mine so I should ask the creator first to retexture it. The shield is not mine and I only have a little experience on 3d modeling, so the result won't be the same as the anime.
I actually like the fact it isn't an exact replica of Heathcliff from SAO. This Heathcliff fits in Skyrim (well my skyrim at least) pretty well. I do agree on the hair though as it is something easy to change.
i cant find his enemy for the quest as much as i would like to keep this mod its a very annoying quest might uninstall if i cant find keith by tomorrow night pointless to have a mod i cant use

finished the 14th english dubbed episode, I love this anime a lot. Maybe you could make him look a little more like Heathcliff from the anime. Still, good work!
