Installing the mod should not be to difficult, but i will give you instructions anyway.

The mod should automatically allow you to download it using the "Nexus mod Manager", but if it doesn't,
please do the following.

Step 1) Download the file

Step 2) Put the .esp into the following directory: D:\My Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data

NOTE: The directory of your Skyrim file, depends on if you are using steam or not. As i am using steam, this
will be the default location that you will have to put the .esp file in, if you are using steam.

If you have bought/downloaded skyrim please open your main Skyrim file, and put it into the "Data" folder.
