I MADE THE MESH AND THE TEXTURES MYSELF FOR A VERY GOOD FRIEND.
Right now this replaces the Jester hat, You can how ever paste this into any armor folder and rename it to the helmet you desire, just make sure you make a copy of both the _0 and _1 files and replace both of them.
To get it ingame if you dont already have the jester hat, type help jester 4 and then type player.additem (and the code it shows you for the hat)
Install...Just drag contents into your Data folder.
Uninstall Just delete the jester folder from meshes/clothing/jester
