This house is absolutely gorgeous. Well lit, cozy, and perfectly located. I can tell that the author put a lot of thought in this place. It would be a great place to house my favourite followers. However, sadly, there are a few major issues that are hard to look past for me, the most notable is the fact that there is a naked lady mannequin in the pool area...AND she used that npc dialogue that tells the pc to get dressed. Eeek, NOPE! (I'm a girl and I did not purchase the mannequin upgrade, thinking I would avoid mannequins altogether, but there she was once I upgraded the pool).

I wish with all my heart this mod could be updated a little even though it's been years :D It's damn near perfection!

Great MOD... I can say 2.765.654 words of pleasure for / from this House. My ideea and also my personal need : more beds for followers and even if the rest of the House stays the same, the basement should be a area with all the smithing stuff, lots of safe or containers and maybe few mannequins (max5), some weapon cases and a room for 2-4 followers, and the smithing area outside should be a place of relax. For me this would be the best house in Skyrim . Good Work so far and hope to consider my ideea. Thanks for letting me enjoy your Creation.

Very unique and beautiful house. Some problems with it though, like - Davros has no hands. House is extremely dark with an ENB, had to run around with a torch. Renamed Breezehome to Brisheim, and apparently other places too. Alchemy/Enchanting room could use a container or two.

Someone knows a solution, I have also installing the printer mod looked great but I can not make purchases and the house is unfurnished, if I install the previous version of the mannequins are constantly moving. If not uninstall or just hold and wait for improvements.

Just install the old version and disable the female mannequins if you do not want to be chasing them. The secret entrances downstairs will still be bugged, but you can avoid using them if you have to. I would say the creator has no intention of fixing the problem after leaving it like that all this time. Also you need to be sure to load 7 Dragons Manor high enough in the load order to ensure other mods can overwrite the location names it changes, otherwise some locations might suddenly change their name to some other language that looks to be German. I resorted to just editing the mod to prevent it changing the names.

If you download this mod, make sure you download the original file not the update which has problems that might prevent you furnishing the place.

Good you used one type of architecture for the exterior. Too many people love to clusterfuck a patchwork of stone and wood from every corner of Skyrim to make themselves feel at home. But what's with those braces attached to the tower? It's not like the hood's gonna fall off, looks solid enough to me.

Very nice house filling an otherwise empty spot in the vanilla Whiterun, creative design. I like the inventive use of standard containers to create highly concentrated storage space. Cannot comment on improvements yet (see bugs).

Bugs noticed (based on v0.9, tested with minimal mod setup - official DLC and 'unofficial' patches only):
    - Confirmed that this mod affects objects completely unrelated to the house (eg. Dragonreach and a few other locations renamed to German).
    - As of v0.9, it's no longer possible to buy the house improvements. The trader dialog is still there, but on select no gold is taken and nothing changes at the house.
    - The trader dialog is a bit buggy as well, sometimes reacting to an option one or two above/below the one actually picked. Workaround by watching the 'offset' and selecting an option at that offset; usually then works correct again for a bit. I've not noticed this behaviour anywhere else, so it seems specific for this mod.

    Requests for future versions:
    - Please consider adding a readme text file with some minimal information about the mod to the zip file. Minimal effort to make later referencing the zip file easier.
    - Consider making the doors and cellar traps lockable and adding a key. It's very strange to encounter an upscale house like this always open when even the shabbiest shack in the neighbourhoood is locked. Even if we trust the citizens, the cellar route bypassing the city defenses should definitely be lockable.
    - Reconsider the Khajiit trader. Being inside the city walls with a permanent stand conflicts with the vanilla lore that states they are untrusted and not permitted in the city (see dialog with Ysolda). If sticking with Khajiit, the already existing camp right outside the city would be the more logical place, he may not even need a separate stand then. Even then it seems unfitting that a Khajiit has anything to do with property in Whiterun.

House is still free as far as I can see, only the improvements have to be paid for, the note said it was ours. The old 0.8 file is still there if you want to try out the house, the female mannequins will wander and the cellar doors play up, as well as the mod changing the names of a few places, but apart from that the house was fine, just had a fair few items a new character should not have such easy access to.
