I know this mod is quite old now I just wanted to inform people that it appears that this mod is incompatible with White River Priory as they seem to be in the same area causing clipping issues and such

So Farkas sends me up to Ebonvale to punch your shopkeeper Ned in the head a few times. The brawl takes literally three in game days to settle. so afterwards I open the console and click on Ned to see what the hell kinda steroids he's mixing into his mead.
Is there a reason everyone in Ebonvale is lvl 1000 with seven million health and stamina? =]
So, I had no issue with this mod at first, but I started having crashes recently. I have fixed them now.
I began having crashing issues when approaching Ebonvale from Whiterun. After reading the comments here again, I realized Ebonvale was not in a lower portion of my load order. I fixed my load order thanks to SpiritWalker888's comment. I cleaned the ITM's too, and so far I have no issues after doing both. I noticed these when I first installed the mod, but some ITM's are intended to be left alone.
I cannot say cleaning the ITM's was wise or necessary, but rearranging the load order so Ebonvale is lower/lowest works for others. I can always reinstall later/move back to an earlier save.
I wish there were more information on the ITM's from this mod. I should have tried one method, then the other so I could gauge what works better. Not try both at once, but so far it looks good. No more crashing. - Tl;dr Put this mod at the bottom of your load order, and it will work as intended. Thanks SpiritWalker888

I just talked to the innkeeper and bought the house from her for 35k septim. Hope this answer help you since the question is more than 3 year old in 2022.
Great village mod................. More to it than Riverwood........ Although the Dragonwood Manor is quite expensive at 35k for my just escaping from Helgen. And the room at the Inn is 200 gold. I would have to work in the Ebony Mine for a while just to afford a room at the Inn.
Okay so it's a great mod but unfortunately the place where the manor is, now surrounded by rocks. Basically old place and the manor is conflicting... Any suggestions ? Should I reinstall it ?
Guys I punched little dragon accidentaly and when i tried to load last save and all saves in ebonvale were damaged i couldnt load. Can somebody help me?
