       Probably not going to read this but,whatever.
       Paint.net supports DDS. files,in which you probably know are the texture files the game uses,If you open up one of the eye files with Paint.net you can edit the colors to your liking.

       Woops spoke to soon,looks like it's just 1 file,not sure how the mod creator did that
