So this is basically player.additem command for the skeleton key in a ESP mod? Oo
Because thats what I just did, I spawned it after doing the quest. But it acts like a stupid normal lockpick, only changes the graphics of the lockpick.
Isnt there a way to force the behaviour of it when you originally have it before handing it in? Like it will NEVER break?
Doesn't work for me. Can't unlock anything with that skeleton key. When I have lockpicks, I use them and when I don't have any, it says I have no lockpicks.
You know what? I finished the quest for the first time just a couple weeks ago. I had no idea what I was doing and before I knew it, I lost the key to the vanilla quest. Well, I'm taking it back, thank you!
If you wish to replace your Skeleton Key after handing it in to finish the Thieves Guild Quest line, Type in the console "player.additem 0003a070 1" and then type in "player.addperk 10f13f", this will give you a new, unbreakable Skeleton Key.
Well you Are a thief after all. Should be easy enough to put it in your pocket just before you leave , or replace it with a very well made wax replica.

As for this mod to get the view of the skeleton key, simply add this script to it.
Edit: Never Mind
